I'm that star up in the sky, I'm that mountain peak up high

One of the most awkward prone situations in my opinion occurs when you try to get someone's attention. It seems like such a simple task, and it would be, except people aren't very observant and/or easily distracted. Here's a few I've been in just this week.

1. I'm walking down a hall and see someone I know. I say hi, moderately loudly and kind of wave. The person doesn't respond and walks by. I have no idea what to do with my hand because its still in mid-wave :\.

2. I call out someone's name to greet them and someone else responds. I just look at them weirdly and they look and we weirdly and it becomes an explosion of weirdness. Some names are just too common -__-

3. I need to talk to someone, but they're already talking to someone else. So I go up to them and wait patiently for them to finish. When they look about done, I start to say something, except the other person starts up another conversation with the person I need to talk to. This repeats several times. By that time, I just feel ridiculous because I've been standing beside/behind these two people occasionally grunting out syllables. I need to learn how to be rude.

Yesterday, Saturday, was the most interesting day I've had in a while.
Talent show aside, which was quite awesome itself give or take a few magic acts, the day(or night rather) was hella freakin fun, if only because I got to spend it with a few awesome peoples. I always forget that sometimes, doing nothing with people can be just as fun or even more fun than actually doing something even if you only end up doing nothing out of indecision.

I can say that yesterday was the first time that I danced to robot alien static and asian radio stations.

It was the first time I robot walked in the rain.

First time I had korean pizza.

First time I went to a bowling alley just to sit around. (^^')

First time that I... well never mind...

In any case, it was a fun day.

2d project time :]

...dchan...
