Dear Taylor,

Happy Birthday! Only 2 more years until you can gamble and drink alcohol! (legally) So I spent about an hour making your birthday header and I hope you like it :D. I wasn't quite sure how to start but I wanted your face in it so I just chose a randomly interesting picture of you doing one of your little pose/glare/intense look/I don't really know what to call it. Then I just tried something new and blah blah blah and thats what ended up happening. That will be my first gift which means the header belongs to you now. I don't really know what you can do with it but..oh well ._. . You can save it on your computer and admire it ahaha. You're also the first person I've ever made a birthday header for so yayyyyy, feel special.

I'm pretty sure the thing I sent you hasn't arrived yet so I'll just go and ahead and say that its cool but its not a very original gift. I hope youre not too disappointed. I always dread buying gifts because I never know if they're good enough. I always feel like it should be more original, more creative, more inside-jokey. Anyway, I also want to say that I originally wanted to get you an ant farm. The only problems are that I'm not sure if they count as a pet and if youre allowed to keep living things in your dorm or if youre opposed to ants being imprisoned or something. It would've been interesting though :O.

So I'm going to make this short because I've found that I'm not good at writing long mushy nostalgic letters because 1. I feel extremely lame afterwards 2. Its faster to just talk about those things face to face 3. This is a blog. It's very public. 4. Pie
